We want to use this opportunity to thank DISTRICT WATCH for their sterling service and support throughout our stay in Monte Vista (since 1988). We have had the honour to see DISTRICT WATCH start up way back with William and Pierre doing patrols in a time when not many people really believed that this type of community service would one day become an absolute necessity. Their persistence and endurance, through probably very trying early days, have proved them to have foresight way beyond the average person. The high standard of service that we have been witnessing from all the DISTRICT WATCH staff members has, to my mind, added to the value of the area that we have lived in since 1988. The loyalty and pride (towards their employer) with which your patrol personnel serve, further illustrates the success of your company. Being an owner of a company myself, I truly admire and envy the core-health of DISTRICT WATCH. We are re-locating to Paarl and will surely miss the standard of safety to which you have spoilt us.

I hereby place on record my sincere thanks and appreciation to you for your superb alarm and monitoring system installed at my new residence. The professionalism and dedication displayed by your staff members in the course of their visits to my premises, as well as throughout the installation of the systems, are remarkable, outstanding, and extraordinary. These are precisely the characteristics which set District Watch apart from any other private security company in the industry. I am very honoured to be associated with you and the District Group. I am prepared to make this statement public because I believe that District Watch is the only option when it comes to both peace of mind and security. Once again thank you for your services.

On Valentine's Day, my daughter and I arrived home.  Our outside gate was partially open. We didn't see anything out of place and then entered our home. When we got in I saw my necklace in the passage and I surmised we had a break-in. I pressed the panic button before exiting our home and waited for District Watch outside. This is a very big thank you to the two gentlemen who arrived within seconds of me pressing the panic button. They were so efficient when checking the property, and so sympathetic once we confirmed that we did in fact have a break in. I was so upset I didn't even ask for their names. Once again a big thank you - good to know that we have help so close at hand, and thank you for protecting us on a day that is usually meant to be spent with loved ones. My husband and I, pray for your constant protection in the dangerous jobs you perform.

 

On the weekend I had a small incident. One of your guys responded and was there within less than 2 min. Hell of a nice guy. I was of course stressing as I was leaving for JHB on the Monday till Wednesday and having this happened just before I left was not a great thing. But your guys vigilant response on Saturday & today is making me feel a lot better. I know I’m getting looked after “special”…. My wife is still a stress ball, but I must say I feel they are in safe hands!

I really do not have the vocabulary to thank you for the wonderful way in which you treated me on Wednesday morning.  I felt like the king himself.  Of course I was a bit nervous not knowing where I was going, but in the end it was such a great surprise!!  What a lovely breakfast in such a special venue!! You really spoilt me!!

Both of you have always been close to my heart and I have the greatest respect and appreciation for what you have achieved with your company.  All the members of District Watch have been very kind and generous to us at all times.  I am so glad that I can still be associated with you at my new home.  Words really fail me when I need to thank you for your wonderful co-operation throughout the years that I have been at Monte Vista Primary.  Be sure of my highest appreciation at all times.  You are true gems!

Obviously my departure from the school is not very pleasant.  There are so many fond memories that I leave behind.  Thank you that you have also been part of my departure - it does mean a lot to me.

I pray that God will bless you, your staff and all your endeavours.  May you prosper and grow in the years to come and go from strength to strength.  Thanks a million for all your love and kindness!

Hiermee wil ons net baie, baie dankie sê dat julle so mooi na ons dogters omgesien het toe ons  vir die week weg was. Hulle sê dat julle baie ekstra moeite gedoen het om te verseker dat hulle okay is en dat niks te veel moeite was nie. Spesiale dank aan die manne wat gereeld by die huis gestop het om te verseker dat alles in orde is.

Hi there.

Just want to say thanks so much to all you guys, Allie was away again and last night at about eleven I heard something in my backyard. Our tenant called me to tell me he heard something as well, I called and it was like a minute and Hennie and Louis arrived, checking inside out.

Great service!

A very big THANKS to Bryan for changing my car's tyre yesterday.

A flat is something I always dread, as there is NO way I can do the job myself.

 

A second thanks is a year late in being sent. My garage was left standing open and at about 2 am one of your guys noticed it.

Can you imagine his amusement, when a VERY large lady in a VERY short nightdress said thanks, and went and closed the door!

My car’s battery was flat – they helped to jump start it then escorted me to my boys’ schools to ensure my car would start again after dropping them.

We spoke last night with our neighbour. She told us how faithfully your response staff drove past our house, removed the weekly flyers, and kept an eye on the property while my wife and I were in the USA for 12 months.  She even said she felt safer with the attention you gave our house.

 

My wife and I want to express our sincere thanks to all at District Watch for your professionalism and care.  May God bless you for blessing us.

Dear Mark,

Further to our chat this afternoon,  I  would again wish to let you know how much  I  appreciated one your security officer's ringing our doorbell, and advising us last night that one of our garage doors had been unintentionally left open at my home in the suburb of Kleinbosch.  This was around  20.45.

I  have got myself into the habit of checking these things before going to bed, but of course anything could happen when we least expect it!
