Email notifications must reach our offices by not later than:
12h00 on a Friday or a working day prior to a public holiday.
By 16h00 Monday to Thursday.
Notification after hours can be done via fax number 021 559 3020 or handwritten and dropped off at our office or picked up at your residence by our Response Officer.
